Halloween is also getting bigger every year here, with spooky parties, themed nights, scary walks and fun city plans popping up all around La Paz.

I’m Elin from Sweden, but for the past 15 years
I’ve been living here in La Paz after falling in love
with the Andes… (or maybe it was with a guy 😉).

own little travel café. Here, people from all over
the world come together to share food, stories,
